Moore’s Official Hero

Capt. Samuel A. SchultzMoore School’s Official Hero

Tragically on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, the son of one of our teachers, Capt. Samuel A. Schultz, was killed in a helicopter crash along with three other Marines. The Marines were practicing desert landings when their CH-53E Super Stallion crashed in a remote area about 15 miles west of El Centro, California. The J.H. Moore community would like to honor this hero, Captain Samuel A. Schultz, and the three other Marines for their service and dedication to our country. Please keep Mrs. Schultz and her family as well the other Marines’ families in our hearts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.
